Celebrating 5 Years at the Keney Park Pond House

The evening began with a VIP student-led tour of the Keney Park Nature Trail followed by the inspirational sounds of the Community First African Drummers. Later, guests enjoyed passed hors d’oeuvres and dinner by Bear’s Smokehouse.

Featured speakers include Timothy Goodwin and Denise Best, Co-Founders of Community First School, Daneisha Thompson, CFS Parent, and Kelly Lyman, Coordinator of the Executive Leadership Program, Department of Educational Leadership at the NEAG School of Education at UConn.
